Insurance Coverage Information

I do not accept any insurance and so full payment is required from you up-front. Your insurance may reimburse you for part of the session cost. Requesting reimbursement is your responsibility but there’s an app called Reimbursify that makes this take only a matter of minutes per month. Read more about that process here.

I can provide an estimate of coverage levels for you given your date of birth and photos of the front and back your insurance card. Or if you want to call your insurer and ask, I’ve written this short guide to help you have that conversation.
